Access

Our showroom is located along the alley one block back from Showa-dori Avenue. Please walk from the "Okachimachi"/"Naka-Okachimachi" Station area toward Akihabara.
Walk down the alley past the “Naka-Okachimachi Post Office” and “Orient 4C's,” then continue straight ahead. Our building is the "MR Building," two buildings past the "ARROW SHOP." As shown in the photo, there are some plants at the entrance.
Please take the elevator to the 4th floor.

Can non-business customers visit?
Yes, our showroom is open to everyone. No appointment is required.
Is it okay to come without a reservation?
No reservation is required, but please check our business hours before your visit. Our business hours are 10:00–11:45 in the morning and 13:00–17:00 in the afternoon on weekdays. We recommend arriving with enough time to explore our products.
Please note that we are closed during national holiday periods such as Golden Week, Summer holidays, and New Year holidays. If you plan to visit around these days, kindly confirm our operating days in advance.
For product evaluation based on business needs or media interviews, we kindly request that you contact us in advance so that we can coordinate with the appropriate staff.
What products can I see?
In the magnetic necklace products, we carry the full range including Lumin, Otona-no Iyashi 2.3mm, Otona-no Iyashi 4mm, Otona-no Iyashi bellissimo, ULTRA NEO, as well as the complete selection of pendants featured on our online shop.
Can I take photos?
Yes, photography is welcome. You’re also free to share your photos on social media or other media.
Can I make purchases at the showroom?
While products are not sold directly at the showroom, we can process your order through our online store in our showroom. Most items are kept in stock, so once payment is completed, you may take your purchase home immediately.
What payment methods are available on the Online Store?
Payments in our Online Store can be made by credit card (online payment) or by cash-on-delivery (COD, payable in cash or by credit card). Please note that taking items requires online credit card payment. For COD orders, depending on the time of your purchase, items will be shipped either the same day or on the next business day.

As of September 12, 2025, our Online Store is still experiencing issues with credit card payments. However, we are now able to process credit card payments directly at our showroom. This means that same-day pickup is available.
